Fun 'Fund'raiser

Tonight was our 3rd Grade Fun Night!

Our school gave each grade level the opportunity and option to host a Fun Night as a fundraiser. We teachers host and plan the event, provide activities for the children, and we keep all profits made from the event! Our Fun Night was Halloween-themed. We had a Alvin & the Chipmunks movie playing, popcorn and water, cookie decorating, a ghost game, coloring, and a candy corn art project.

The event cost each student $5 to attend from 5-7pm. The event was open to only 3rd graders and it gave parents a couple hours of cheap babysitting. Here is the invitation send home with students (information on one side and consent form on the back):

Guess what?! We made over $300 at our event! We are so excited to have those funds to purchase resources for our classroom!
